It already features Jinx and the city of Piltover. Riot was so impressed with the work that they asked Fortiche to create an animated series that took them several years to complete. After the release of the first series, Riot announced that there would be a second series, and that its production would take less time. I watched it with my parents who know nothing about the League universe. I’ve been playing League since 2010, so my opinion may be a little biased. But my parents were pleasantly surprised. They said that at times it was a little obvious that this series was aimed more at a young adult audience. Some of the use of pop songs and meanness is a bit jarring. But overall they enjoyed the first 3 episodes and wouldn’t mind watching the rest on their own time. As for me. I loved it! It was everything I had hoped for and then some. Riot’s art department has always been on their A game. And with the track record from Fortiche, I knew this one had very little chance of going wrong. Knowing Riot’s art department, it has an excellent story, well-written characters, and a world rich in lore to draw from. All in all, this show comes together very nicely. And showcases some of the best talent Riot has to offer. 9/10: Awesome.
